Quality Assurance Guarantee for Rooftop Tents

At Featherlyte, we stand behind the quality of our products with confidence. That's why we provide a comprehensive one-year limited warranty to the original purchaser against any manufacturing defects in workmanship and parts that may arise during normal use. Rest assured, if any issues occur within this period, Featherlyte will, at our discretion, repair or replace the faulty parts at no cost to you.

 

Please note that the warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or natural disasters. Additionally, it does not include aesthetic changes such as discoloration or material alterations. Items deemed as "improperly maintained" may not be covered under the warranty.

Accessories

You can also have confidence in the accessories that accompany your Featherlyte products, as we offer a one-year limited warranty against any manufacturer defects in workmanship and parts under normal use. As with our rooftop tents, Featherlyte will address any such issues by repairing or replacing the parts at no cost during this period.

 

Similar to the rooftop tent warranty, this warranty excludes damages caused by misuse, neglect, or natural disasters. Moreover, it does not cover aesthetic changes resulting from normal use. Furthermore, items showing signs of "improper maintenance" may not be covered.

 

Claims

Should you need to make a warranty claim, please send an email to support@featherlyteoutdoors.com. We kindly ask that you respond to each question thoroughly and include relevant part numbers or photos to enable us to fully understand the issue. Upon form submission, expect our team to reach out to you within 2-3 business days. If you provide a part number, we will also furnish you with a tracking number within 2-3 days.
